will not be able to start an exam after 3:30 pm.

Medical Terminology Students:
Remember that the Testing Center is NOT available for walk-in testing every day. You may also test at the LRC during this time and after hours with valid TVCC student ID.

New ID policy for
CLEP Testing effective November 1, 2005. All examinees must have two forms of personal identification in order to be admitted. For further information, see the CLEP information page.
Summer 2008 dates the Testing Center in Athens will be
closed to the general public and to Distance/VCT testing:
Additional dates and/or updates will be added as necessary. This schedule is also posted in the bulletin board outside the Testing Center.
Effective
September 1, 2007: the GED Exam fee will increase from $65 to
$70 for first-time examinees. Fees for retesting will
be $10 for each subject area.
Beginning with the June 2004 GED exam dates, we will only register two weeks prior to a test date. Exact registration and testing dates are listed on the GED Information Page.
Effective July 1, 2008: CLEP exam fees will be increasing from $65 to $70 for each test (the $3 per semester hour proctoring fee will remain the same). If you are taking a CLEP exam and paying by check or money order, make it payable to CLEP.

Effective
Aug 1, 2007: TVCC will replace the COMPASS administration with the
ACCUPLACER. The fee for the ACCUPLACER will be $49.
The Palestine and Terrell Campuses will be giving the Quick THEA on selected dates. See the campus Testing Schedules or TVCC Calendar for dates.
