Applied Lessons

Private voice lessons are available for all music majors. Drama Majors interested in pursuing musical theatre, and non-majors upon audition.

In lessons, students will gain the following:

Solid vocal technique
Breath support and management
A collection of curated vocalists, exercises, and repertoire based on individual student voice type
Exposure to various vocal styles and genres

Performance Opportunities

Recitals
Concerts
Musicals

As a part of private studies, singers will be given multiple opportunities to perform throughout the semester, including department recitals, studio recitals, community engagements and choral concerts.
