The Fine Arts department at TVCC includes Art, Drama, Dance, and Music. This mission of Trinity Valley is transforming lives through affordable and accessible education. The Fine Arts program at Trinity Valley supports the college mission by providing a dynamic, diverse, and comprehensive learning environment for both future professionals and the broader college community, in which each student’s fullest potential may be achieved. Our faculty aim to promote the highest standards of excellence and generate significant professional impact in all areas of scholarly and artistic activity. We cultivate future creators, encourage interdisciplinary collaborations, and develop new approaches to scholarship, performance, and education, while affirming the fundamental value of fine arts in educational settings and in society at large. Set within a caring and nurturing environment, the TVCC Fine Arts Division provides learning-centered instruction, inspiring students to

develop their creativity and artistry, while reaching out to the community by providing a multitude of cultural opportunities.

Our program will offer students the opportunity to receive individual instruction in all major performance and artistic areas. Fine Arts students are afforded numerous opportunities within the scope of our performance ensembles: Cardettes Dance Team, TVCC Theatre Company, Cardinal Singers, Chamber Singers, Encore, Cardinal Regiment Marching Band, Symphonic Band, Pep Band, Woodwind Ensemble, Brass Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble. Moreover, students interested in pursuing studio-based fine arts courses can take advantage of our four integrated studio workshops on campus while enrolled in Photography, Theatre Practicum, Stagecraft, Theatre Design, Costume Technology, Stage Makeup, Painting, Drawing, 2-D Design, and Ceramics.
