Police

• Follow all directions from campus police.
• Anyone who damages college property is responsible for the cost.
• Drivers of TVCC vehicles must report accidents immediately to:

  • Director of Transportation: 903‑675‑6349

If Your Vehicle Breaks Down

• Call Campus Police: 903‑675‑6235
• They may help you or allow temporary parking (up to 24 hours).
• Do not block sidewalks, crosswalks, intersections, or create any hazard.

Impounded or Removed Vehicles

• Vehicles may be towed if:
  • They violate parking rules, or
  • They are abandoned for 48+ hours.
• Owners must pay all fines, towing fees, and storage fees.
• The college is not responsible for damage or loss during towing or storage.

Emergency Vehicles

• Emergency vehicles can speed, pass signals, and change direction when responding to calls, as long as they use lights and sirens and avoid endangering people.
• Only authorized vehicles may drive inside the inner campus.
