Contract + Insurance Administration
The Contracts Administration Department provides service and assistance to Trinity Valley Community College personnel by guiding content and structure while maintaining a well-defined control environment governing the administration and execution of the college's contracts. The Contracts Administration Department reviews all contracts prior to signature by the President. Contracts are written agreements binding the college and the counterparty to the obligations of the contract.
The Insurance Administration department serves as advisor to administration on property and liability insurance, coordinates coverage with providers, and manages claims processing for all Trinity Valley Community College campuses.
