Housing + Meal Costs
Costs listed below are per semester for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters, which are determined by the meal plan and housing combination.
TVCC's cafeteria, The Nest, offers 3 meals each day Monday through Friday. Brunch and Dinner are offered on Saturday and Sunday.
Cardinal Cash is a dollar amount attached to your Student ID that allows dorm students to purchase food on campus if you have less than the 19 meals. It can be spent at the Nest and the Perch (Starbucks convenient store and cook to order grill) in our Student Union Building.
Changes to the meal plan can only be done between semesters and must be done before the first day of class. Cardinal Cash is non-refundable and must be used by the end of each semester.

Installment Plans
TVCC does offer installment plans of the total balance due that can be setup through students' MyCardinalConnect. To participate in an installment plan, navigate to "Student Finance" within My Cardinal Connect, and select "Make a Payment" to be redirected to the payment portal. Installment Plan options will be on the right hand menu.
Please be aware that partial payments without completing the Installment Payment Plan agreement will not protect a student from repercussions once the deadline arrives.
