I have always loved to travel - especially to the UK. While traveling in Europe one
summer, I hitchhiked through Europe myself and even slept nights in classic European
train stations.
After graduating with my first degree in Home Economics, I immediately realized that
teaching in public schools wasn't for me. I switched to a master's/doctoral program
in Counseling and Higher Education, where I was first employed in student services
at TWU and TJC, then transitioned to a full-time professor of psychology at TVCC.
