I love reading, especially during deer season when I'm sitting in a warm deer stand
and get completely lost in a good book. I’m also a bit of a genealogy nerd and love
digging into my family tree — I’ve uncovered some fascinating (and pretty shocking)
stories along the way! When I’m not reading, researching, or watching TV, I’m usually
hanging out with my family and our three dogs: Beau, my sweet 13-year-old black lab;
Spaz, my goofy 10-year-old husky mix; and Callie Lea, my wild 5-month-old yellow lab
who makes sure life is never boring.
When I was younger, I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, but life had other plans. Through
a lot of twists and turns, I ended up at The Valley, and honestly, I couldn’t imagine
being anywhere else. I truly love what I do and the people I get to work with here.
TVCC is affordable and provides a quality education, all while being the Home of the
Champions in academics and sports.
