RN-TO-BSN CURRICULUM
TVCC participates in a consortium of colleges and universities that accept a standardized list of general education
courses for the RN to BSN curriculum in CABNET (Consortium for Advancing Baccalaureate Nursing Education in
Texas) agreements. Listed below are the general education courses that will meet TVCC’s current core curriculum
requirements and the required nursing courses for the RN to BSN program for ADN graduates. Please note that
universities not participating in the consortium may require additional general education courses not listed here.
If the student has taken all general education courses at TVCC, the transcript will be marked core complete. If the
student has taken the general education courses at multiple colleges, the student should apply to graduate from
TVCC with an AA degree by the end of Level III in the ADN program.
