Deanna Frye is an art professor at Trinity Valley Community College, where she instructs various courses such as Art Appreciation, Art History, and Drawing. A strong believer in the mantra “practice what you teach,” Deanna actively supports her own studio practice. As a professional artist, she has exhibited her work in both solo and group shows across multiple states, completed international projects, and created large-scale murals. Her work is often inspired by mid-century design, the natural world, and a deep appreciation for the formal elements of art. Deanna has a true passion for art, which she shares with those around her in the community, classroom and studio.
