The expiration date should be 12 months from the date of grade entry. • NOTE: there is NOT a “submit” button. • Upon entering each NUMERIC average, faculty can review and edit the entries until the posted deadline for grade submissions. Faculty ARE NOT to contact the registrar’s office if they revise any grades that are entered or updated BEFORE the posted deadline of grade submissions. • Once the deadline for grades to be entered have passed, faculty will NOT be able to enter or update any grades. ALL grade changes must be submitted via a grade change f orm that is created by the faculty member and sent through the approval process to the Vice President of Instruction. Important reminder: If a student receives an “I”, outline all assignments/work to be completed in order to earn a final grade and provide a copy to the student. The student has 12 months to complete the work or the “I” will become an “F” on their transcript. GRADE BOOKS Instructors must keep a complete and accurate grade book for each course taught during the course of the semester and after.
