The Valley Way is a customer service initiative that was born out of a drive to improve the way we serve our students and our community.  Specifically, our president convened the Customer Service Committee to develop and implement a plan to communicate this drive to fellow staff and faculty.  As well, the committee has developed a way for you to speak to us.  Tell us how we're doing.  Whether you have a positive comment or you need to express a concern, we want to give you an opportunity to reach out to us.
