College Board & TVCC realize that some students taking the TSI Assessment, are too young to have official ID's (i.e. drivers license, college or high school ID cards, military cards, etc.). As an alternative for these students, College Board has provided a substitute form for use.
Please be sure that it is completed in its entirety and present this form to the proctor when taking the exam.
Remember, all ID must be original & unexpired, it is not acceptable to use any ID on mobile devices, social media, or yearbooks as validation of a test taker's identity.
