Currently, Dr. Holley Collier is Assistant Vice President of Instructional Innovation and Support and she teaches Learning Framework. Dr. Collier is an alumni of TVCC where she earned her Associates of Arts. In addition, she earned her Bachelor of Science, Master of Education, and Ed.D from Tarleton State University.
