Currently, Dr. Rial-Baker is a Professor of Psychology and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor.  Dr. Rial-Baker earned her Associates of Arts from Dallas County Community College. She has earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Texas at Dallas and Master of Arts from Amberton University.  In addition, Dr. Rial-Baker has earned a Master of Education from Texas A&M University Commerce and a Doctor of Ministry from Houston Graduate School of Theology.
