I grew up in a little town called Pecan Gap, Texas - it's about 2 1/2 hours north of Palestine. After graduating from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M Commerce) with an M.S. in Physics I left and spent 30 years working as a civilian physicist/engineer for the U.S. Army at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. I then retired and moved to Palestine. I tried to teach high school math the first year I lived here, but, in the words of Winnie the Pooh, "it didn't" (see link below). I'm here at TVCC now teaching Physics, Physical Science, and occasionally Math and I'm having a fine time! Mr Singleton can be reached at jere.singleton@tvcc.edu
