The Trinity Valley Community Board of Trustees met in regular session at 6:30 pm on Monday, May 22, 2017 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building in Athens, with the following members present.

1.   Dr. King opened the meeting with prayer.
 
2.   There were no public comments.
 
3.   Mr. Monk moved, seconded by Mr. Day, the Board approve the minutes to the April 24, 2017 Board Meeting.  Motion carried unanimously.
 
4.   Mr. McGee moved, seconded by Mr. Norville, the Board approve the Honors Study Abroad Trip for Summer 2018.  Motion carried unanimously.
           
5.   Mr. Grant moved, seconded by Mr. Day, the Board approve the Van Zandt County Tax Appraisal Request as presented.  Motion carried unanimously.
 
6.   The TVCC FY 2017-18 Budget was discussed in detail.  The budget will be discussed further in June.
 
7.   Dr. Risinger moved, seconded by Mr. Day, the Board adjourn the meeting at 9:03 pm.  Motion carried unanimously.
