Trinity Valley Community College Advising Office is excited to announce the Early Bird Scholarship drawing winners.

 

“What a joy it was to call these students and hear their excitement,” Director of Student Pathways Janet Green shared.

 

Rylee Hillhouse, from the Athens campus, and Maria Florido, from the Terrell campus, were randomly selected for the Early Bird Scholarship.

 

“I was so surprised when I got the call,” Hillhouse shared. “I was in shock.”

 

To be entered in the Early Bird Scholarships, students had to register for the Spring 2024 semester before Dec. 8. The qualifications for the scholarship are enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours and maintain a minimum of a 2.0 GPA. Both students will receive a $500 scholarship awarded by the TVCC Advising Office for tuition/fees, books, or bookstore purchases.
