To avoid being dropped for non-payment from your fall 2018 courses, student financial accounts must be current by Friday, Sept. 7 at 11:59 p.m.
You may pay your outstanding tuition and fee bill online, or enroll in a payment plan until Friday, Sept. 7 at 11:59 p.m. to remain in good standing and avoid being dropped from your courses due to non-payment.
If you are waiting on financial aid processing to pay your tuition and fee bill, you may qualify for a temporary loan at no cost, but it is very important that you take the necessary steps to complete that paperwork immediately.
In order to be considered for a temporary loan to avoid being dropped for non-payment, please follow these steps to complete the temporary loan process:
- Check Cardinal Connection to view your award distribution
- If you have a balance and have submitted all necessary financial aid documents, complete the top section of the temporary loan form and bring it to the Athens, Palestine or Terrell campus Financial Aid Office in person by 4 p.m. on Sept. 7. Do not sign the form until the Financial Aid Office has completed the remainder of the information.
- If you have not submitted all necessary financial aid documents, it is extremely important to submit the documents that are outstanding, then complete the top section of the temporary loan form and bring it to the Athens, Palestine or Terrell campus Financial Aid Office in person by 4 p.m. on Sept. 7. Do not sign the form until the Financial Aid Office has completed the remainder of the information. If you have documents that are outstanding to complete your financial aid file, you should have been notified via email at the email address you provided in your FAFSA submission.
For questions or more information, please visit one of the Financial Aid Offices in person on the Athens, Palestine or Terrell campuses and someone will be happy to assist you with your account.
