Mandi Richardson – Administrative Assistant for Student Pathways

Welcome to Team TVCC: Mandi Richardson!

Richardson is joining the team as an Administrative Assistant for Student Pathways. After previously working in the Advising Center on the Palestine Campus, Richardson is excited for the opportunities available in her new position as Administrative Assistant for Student Pathways.

“I appreciate the mission and the values of TVCC and the close environment that comes along with those values,” Richardson shared. “I genuinely enjoy helping people and being a part of something bigger than me where I can truly make a difference.”

Richardson has experience in her position from previous experience in the Advising Center and from her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Texas A&M University but hopes she can grow in her position and career while at TVCC.

“I want to soak up as much knowledge as I can and grow within the college,” Richardson shared. “I believe there is always room for improvement.”

Richardson’s hobbies include decorating, design, and travel. She hopes to one day have the opportunity to skydive.
