On November 7, 2017 voters in the Palestine Independent School District will be provided an opportunity to become a full partner in the Trinity Valley Community College (TVCC) district. The election will provide an opportunity for TVCC to increase educational programs and services that will make higher education more accessible and affordable for the Palestine ISD residents.
