6-22-15 Board of Trustees meeting agenda
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2015, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas. Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Administrative Conference Room at 6:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
Open meeting with prayer.
1. Consider public comments.
2. Information and news items.
3. President’s Report:
a. New Mathways Project – Russell Self
b. Next TVCC Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting - July 27
4. Consider minutes of the April 27, 2015 meeting.
5. Consider business, financial, and investment reports for April and May 2015.
6. Consider and discuss purchase of vehicles.
7. Consider and discuss renewal of athletic insurance.
8. Consider and discuss approving the 2015 Summer/Fall Continuing and Workforce Education Schedule and associated tuition and fees.
9. Consider and discuss the default management contract.
10. Consider and discuss the bank depository services contract.
11. Review and approve the tax abatement guidelines.
12. Consider and discuss the request for an amended tax abatement for Longhorn Fabrication.
