• Administrative Planning Units shall have Administrative Outcomes for all programs approved by August 31. 
• Departments shall begin Ongoing Assessment of Administrative Outcomes on September 1 and complete by August 31 of the following year.
• Departments shall document the results of their Administrative Outcomes by August 31.
