What are the requirements to use the TVCC VPN?

1. Approval:  You must have your Supervisor’s approval to Work-at-Home or Remotely.
   We will verify approval with every request. 

2. Agreement: You may be required to complete a Work-at-Home Agreement to comply with TVCC policy.
   Your supervisor or the HR Department will inform you if this agreement is required.

3. Internet Access: You must have a high-speed internet connection (1 Mb minimum).
   We recommend a 10 Mb or higher connection. Service quality will be impacted at slower speeds.

4. VPN Client: You must have the VPN Client Software installed on your device.

Note: Access to the VPN service may be restricted without notice if a threat or policy violation is detected.
