TITLE: Student Retention Advisor
LOCATION: Athens Campus
SALARY: $32,891 - $41,113
MONTHS TO BE WORKED PER YEAR: 12 months

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Two (2) years’ of experience in Student Services.
DUTIES: Work with Student Success Services to enhance existing programs and develop new programs designed to increase overall student success. Academic Review Board-Co-Chair of ARB to review students who are on scholastic probation or suspension each semester. The review is on an individual basis to establish success parameters to guide future academic success. Advise and serve as a success coach for student groups as requested. Assist identified student groups with retention programs. Assist with new student orientation. Work assigned schedule and comply with timekeeping policy. Maintains confidentiality of information. Other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisory personnel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Within the general range of a classroom or office environment. Some weekend and evening hours required. May be required to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds.
