“Kent
Harraid’s
childhood
dream was to
join the U.S.
Air Force as a
fighter pilot.”
Kent wasn’t able to join the Air Force
and fly, but he didn’t let that keep him
from pursuing his dreams. He works in
a museum full of planes, space capsules
and artifacts of America’s history of
flight. He graduated with a 4.0 GPA
from American Military University in
May with a bachelor’s degree in Military
History and plans to start working
toward a master’s degree in Public
History at AMU this fall. He would like
to continue his work at the Frontiers of
Flight museum or explore other museum
or library opportunities in the future.
