MANICURE/NAIL TECHNOLOGY CERTIFICATE
Manicurists clean and shape customers' fingernails and toenails and may polish or
decorate nails.
This program is a one semester program designed to provide students with an
opportunity to learn the basic manipulative and theoretical skills necessary to
become a licensed manicure/nail technician.
There is a $25 student permit fee to be paid to the Texas Department of Licensing
and Regulations (TDLR) prior to the first class day in addition to the regular TVCC
tuition and fees.
