The TVCC Criminal Justice program is designed for students who plan to seek employment in various positions related to criminal justice, such as police patrol person, sheriff's deputy, alcoholic beverage control agent, game management officer, security officer, investigator of criminal and related offenses, state officer, police communications, and other positions related to the criminal justice system.
According to the most recent U. S. Departmentt of Labor's Occupational Outlook Handbook, the overall employment for protective service occupations is expected increase from 2016 to 2026. The following video provides information on criminal justice careers.
