1. You must have been accepted for admission as a student to TVCC.
2. Complete the online housing application. You will need to know your Cardinal ID and password. (Your Cardinal ID and information about your password will be in your acceptance email from the TVCC Office of the Registrar).
3. The $150 non-refundable application fee will be added to the students account within 72 business hours. The non-refundable application fee can be paid from the students MyCardinalConnect student portal using the same Cardinal ID login information.
4. Have a current (within the last 5 years) meningitis vaccine record on file in the Office of the Registrar.
Each of these items must be received by the Housing Office before a reservation is official. Residents will be asked to complete a housing contract as a part of the check-in process
