NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2022, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the board members in the administration conference room, at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.  

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.    Open meeting with prayer.

2.    Consider public comments.

3.    Discuss and consider Terrell Economic Development Corporation proposal for KPYK 1570 AM/102 FM Terrell Radio Station.

4.    President’s Report
•    TVCC Foundation financial analysis
•    Next regularly scheduled board meeting November 28
    
5.  Consider minutes of the September 26, 2022, meeting. 

5.    Consider and discuss business, financial and investment reports for 
August. 

7.  Discuss 2021-2022 Title IX Annual Report.

8.  Discuss and consider request from Kaufman County Community 
     Resource Coalition for space at TVCC Kaufman Center. 

9.  Discuss and consider installing a fire sprinkler protection system at NW 
     Dorm.

10. Discuss Department of Education Program Review.

  11. Discuss TVCC Board of Trustees Self-Assessment.

  12. Discuss and consider personnel updates.

  13. Adjourn.
