The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the board members in the administration conference room at 6:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed. 

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.   Open meeting with prayer.

2.   Consider public comments.

3.   Oath of Office- Dr. Terry Eason District 9 Board Member    

4.    President’s Report:
    a. Spring Graduation- Record 712 graduates that included record
        215 dual credit graduates 
        b. Summer and Fall enrollment report
        c..Approval to offer Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree
        d. Board Budget Committee report 
        e. Next TVCC Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting - July 26

5.    Consider minutes of the April 26, 2021 Board Meeting.

6.    Consider business, financial, and investment reports for March and April 2021.

7.   Consider and discuss construction of additional parking at the Terrell 
      Health Science Center.

8.   Consider and discuss dates for the final FY 21-22 budget workshop,
tax rate hearings and adoption, FY 21-22 budget approval, and September board meeting.

9.  Consider and discuss engagement letter for annual audit.

10. Consider and discuss purchase of two TVCC passenger buses.

11. Consider and discuss faculty contract renewals.

12. Consider and discuss administrator’s contract renewals.

13. Consider and discuss personnel updates.

14. Consider and discuss purchase of Nimble Storage Area Network (SAN).

15.    Discuss the 2021 Job Classification and Salary Study.

16.  Adjourn.
