NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will conduct a teleconference meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021. The TVCC board and public will meet by calling 877-853-5257 or 888-475-4499 and access code 922 7397 8760. The public may call in free of charge and will be able to both listen and speak to the board.  A recording of the meeting will be posted online and made available to the public. 

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.    Open meeting with prayer.

2.    Consider public comments.

3.    President’s Report.
    a. Student Enrollment Management (SEM) plans – VP Dr. Philip Parnell
    b. TDCJ In-Service/Professional Development – Dr. Holley Collier
    c. The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021
    d. TVCC Host Region XIV Volleyball Tournament April 1-3
    e. Summer 2021 and fall 2021 Semesters – VP Kristin Spizzirri
    f. Introduce Emily Heglund, Executive Director of Foundation
g. Next board meeting on April 26

4.    Consider minutes of the February 22, 2021 meeting minutes.

5.    Consider business, financial, and investment reports for January 2021.

6.     Consider and discuss copier/printer purchase.

7.    Consider and discuss personnel updates.

8.    Convene to executive session to discuss personnel in accordance with Govt. Code 551.074 including but not limited to discussion of the appointment of someone to fill the District 9 board member vacancy.

9.    Consider appointment of the District 9 board member vacancy.
    
10.    Adjourn.
