The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2018, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, TX.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Administrative Building Conference Room at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

2. Next board meeting on April 23^rd 

4.       Consider minutes of the February 26, 2018 meeting minutes.

5.       Consider business, financial, and investment reports for February 2018.

6.        Discuss and provide update on implementation of ERP.

7.       Discuss the 2018 enrollment report and consider action items to increase enrollment opportunities.

8.       Consider and discuss the workforce dual credit embedded instruction proposal.

9.       Review and discuss TVCC financial housing analysis report.

10.     Consider and discuss TVCC lease agreement with the City of Athens for EOC Offices in TVCC Fitness Center.   

11.     Consider and discuss personnel updates.

12.     Adjourn.
