NOTICE OF MEETING
 
 
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, February 27, 2017, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, TX.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Administrative Building Conference Room at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.
 
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
  
1. Open meeting with prayer.

2. Consider public comments.

3. President’s Report.
    a.     Region XIV Basketball Tournament – Jacksonville, Lon Morris Gym, March 8 - 11
    b.     NJCAA Basketball Tournaments – March 21-25 Women’s in Lubbock, Men’s in Hutchinson, Kansas
    c.     Next Board meeting – March 27

4. Consider the minutes of the January 23, 2017 meeting.

5. Consider the business, financial, and investment reports for January, 2017.
 
6. Consider and discuss approval of the FY17-18 college calendar.
 
7. Consider and discuss TVCC Campus Carry Policy.
 
8. Consider and discuss Resolution of Signature Agent to Purchase Property.
 
9. Discuss TVCC Police Department’s Racial Profiling Report/Exempt.
 
10. Discuss ERP Update.
 
11. Consider and discuss personnel updates.
