NOTICE OF MEETING
 
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2017, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Administration Building Conference Room at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
 
1.  Open meeting with prayer.
2.  Consider public comments.
3.  President’s Report.
     a.  Spring enrollment
     b.  TVCC Rodeo – February 10^th and 11th
     c.  February Board meeting – February 27th
4.  Consider minutes of the December 20, 2016 regular board meeting.
5.  Consider business, financial, and investment reports for November and December 2016.
6.  Consider and discuss approval of firm to perform the 2016-2017 Audit.
7.  Consider annual and quarterly investment reports as of August 31, 2016.
8.  Review and approve investment policy and strategy.
9.  Consider and discuss approval of Terrell Hospital Renovation.
10. Consider and discuss architect for Terrell Hospital Renovation.
11. Consider and discuss purchasing Canvas as new Learning Management System.
12. Consider and discuss extension of ERP Consultant Contract.
13. Consider and discuss personnel updates.
