Board of Trustees Agenda - September 12, 2016
NOTICE OF MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in special called session at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016 in the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Public hearing on proposed tax increase.
2. Discuss and consider Football Sideline Access Policy.
3. Convene to Executive session to discuss the following matters involving real property in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.072.
1) Discuss the possible purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property owned by the City of Terrell commonly known as the old hospital property.
4. Adjourn
The vote regarding the tax rate will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 at the regular scheduled board meeting.
