NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet via conference call in special called meeting 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. The call will originate in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas. The public may attend. The only item to be discussed is the approval of remodeling projects for the Baugh Building. No other business will be discussed.
1. Call to order.
2. Consider and discuss the remodeling of the Baugh Building and awarding the remodeling contract to Basic IDIQ, Inc.
3. Adjourn.
