Board minutes for September 10, 2012
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees met in a special called meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 10, 2012 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building for the purpose of conducting a second scheduled tax rate hearing with the following members present:

- Mr. Raymond called the hearing open at 6:30 p.m. President Forgey opened the meeting in prayer. There were no public comments.
- Mr. Endres moved, seconded by Mr. McGee the hearing end at 6:32 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
- Mr. Stone moved, seconded by Mr. Monk, the Board go into closed session at 6:33 p.m. in accordance with Government Code 551.072 and 551.074 to consider personnel and land matters. Motion carried unanimously.
- Mr. Stone moved, seconded by Mr. Day, the Board return from closed session at 8:34 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
- Mr. McGee moved, seconded by Mr. Norville, the Board adjourned the meeting at 8:35 p.m.
