We will be closed to Internet and VCT students during GED testing. On other test dates listed below, the Testing Center (Athens) will be open subject to availability. Students may test at the Learning Resources Center (LRC) with current TVCC student ID when the Testing Center is closed. Dates are subject to change.

Attention Students and High School Counselors: TVCC is committed to helping area high schools prepare their students for a seamless entry and transition into the Texas Colleges and Universities of their choice.  In doing so, we have decided to provide opportunities for Quick THEA administrations onsite at your high school during the school day.  In order to take advantage of this tremendous opportunity, area high school counselors should contact the TVCC Testing Center at 903-675-6385.

Attention Students and High School Counselors: Please refer to the Blocked Course List! Be sure that you or your students have completed the necessary requirements before Fall Registration!
 

Need proctor information for your TVCC or VCT distance ed class? Visit the distance/vct course exams information page to obtain hours and policies for the Testing Center in Athens prior to your first exam.
 

New ID policy for CLEP Testing effective November 1, 2005.  All examinees must have two forms of personal identification in order to be admitted.  For further information, see the CLEP information page.

GED Updates:

The GED Exam fee is $75 for first-time examinees.  Fees for retesting will be $15 for each subject area.

ACCUPLACER Update:

TVCC has replaced the COMPASS administration with the ACCUPLACER.  The fee for the ACCUPLACER is $49. 
 

The Palestine and Terrell Campuses will be giving the Quick THEA on selected dates.  See the campus Testing Schedules or TVCC Calendar for dates.
