Kevin always told everyone that he had been given a rodeo scholarship to UCLA (The University Close to Lake Athens)

The Till's would like to memorialize Kevin by giving others scholarships to "UCLA" so they might live out their dreams of rodeoing for the University Close to Lake Athens as well.
