COLLEGE ASSESSMENT AND REPORTING DATA SYSTEM (CARDS)

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is developing a College Assessment Reporting Data System that will allow all units to provide planning and assessment documentation in an online format.  This system will allow for us to reduce the amount of "paper-shuffling" that has occurred using the current forms, and will allow for all units to see what other units are doing.  This system will also allow us to track our activities against the Strategic Planning Goals of Trinity Valley Community College.  It is also envisioned that the system will facilitate the process of compiling an annual Institutional Effectiveness Report that would allow TVCC to assess progress towards its' goals.
