Fast-Track Your Success... TVCC’s Math Prep Academy is for students who wish to finish the first two levels of developmental math over one semester instead of a year or more. Students will focus on being successful in math; therefore, are only allowed to take the courses offered through this program during the fall semester, plus 3 more college hours.   Math Prep Academy allows students to enroll in developmental math I and II, and a Learning Frameworks course designed to enhance student success (Psychology 1300).   The Math Prep Academy provides a high level of student support, class activities and workshops outside of class to help students learn how to be successful in college courses. Students focus on how learning occurs while exploring which strategies work best for them. Scholarships Tuition and book Scholarships may be available for students who qualify, pending funding from a grant.
