Exactly what is a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)?
A Quality Enhancement Plan is a carefully designed, focused, forward-looking course of action that addresses issues resulting in enhanced student learning and a permanent change in the institution's culture (see Executive Summary). The plan has specific, well-defined goals related to identified issues leading to measurable, observable results. It must involve all aspects of the institution's community: faculty, staff, students, board members, administrators, and the larger community.
How is the Learning Initiative currently managed and implemented?
Kay Pulley is the Director of the Learning Initiative, and there is a team of 10 faculty and staff that serve on the Learning Initiative Council who meet regularly to develop the strategies and pathways that the Learning Initiative will take to enhance learning at TVCC.
