The TVCC Ranch Bunk House was built in 2003 and dedicated to the memory of long-time agriculture and ranch management instructor Wayne Burkhalter. Mr. Burkhalter was a very dedicated ag and ranch management  instructor at TVCC for many years. There is a plaque on the wall inside of the bunkhouse signifying this dedication.
