If your User name or Password are not permitting you to log in to e-Courses, first ensure that you are using the correct Cardinal ID (same as your TVCC e-mail access) and Cardinal ID password (same as your TVCC e-mail access).  If they are correct e-mail helpdesk@tvcc.edu or call 903-670-2621 to have your password reset.
