How to Register For a Class

Register for classes as early as possible to assure your class enrollment.

Non-credit student registration processes are changing after an in house review.
The basic change is that non-credit enrollment will now require a process similar to credit enrollment with two steps:
  1. Students must fill out an application form to be accepted into the college. This application only needs to be filled out once.
  2. Students must fill out an registration form to be registered for a class. This registration form needs to be filled out for every class a student enrolls in.
These two steps can be done concurrently or separately 

Enrollment is complete when tuition is receipted. TVCC accepts cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and money order. TVCC charges a fee for insufficient checks.

Students may apply or register in any of the following ways.
  1. IN PERSON: In the Liberal Arts Building on the Athens Campus and Administration Building on the Terrell, Palestine, or Kaufman Campus. Some courses require on-campus, in person registration to fulfill course prerequisites.
  2. BY MAIL: Community Services, 100 Cardinal Drive, Athens, Texas 75751
  3. BY FAX: Fax registration form to 903-675-6388.
