The nutrition tests come from the textbook.  The practice tests in the textbook are very helpful, but can not replace actually reading the chapters.

TV students should watch the videos and pay particular attention to the specialists or experts.   Many times the expert will reinforce the material in the chapter.

The study topics are meant to be used after reading and studying the book, but never used to just look up definitions from the book.  Many of the test questions are application questions rather than literal questions from the textbook.   That means that you must understand the material in the chapter and be able to apply it to another situation.  If you simply answer the study topics, you will most likely fail the test.

I suggest that you read the chapter carefully.  Pay particular attention to information placed in the margin like definitions or lists.  Look at the charts and graphs.  Try to write or mark in the book the main points from each section.  Read the summary information at the end of each section.  Look over the study questions at the end of each chapter in the textbook and take the practice tests at the end of each chapter.
