Trinity Valley Community College offers a payment plan for the total of tuition and fees. A $25.00 processing nonrefundable fee is charged for this service. At the time of registration, 50% of the “total”, plus the $25 processing fee, must be paid.The 2nd installment is 25% of the total and the 3rd installment is 25% of the total. A late fee of $20 will be charged for each late payment. To qualify for the installment payment plan, a student must have an account in good standing. No changes to the installment Payment Plan contract will be allowed after initial registration. Classes added after the contract is executed must be paid in full. Dropped classes are not refunded but are applied against any outstanding balance. Installment payment plans are only available during regular registration for Fall and Spring semesters.
A student who fails to have the total amount paid by the end of the semester will be prohibited from registering for class and a “hold” placed on the student's transcript until full payment is made. Detail information relating to the tuition and fee installment plan is outlined in the Tuition and Fee Installment Plan Contract.
Please note that bills are not mailed; however, installment due date notices are posted throughout the campus. In addition, the due dates can be found on the installment contract. It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of installment due dates and to make payments accordingly. |
