TVCC operates bookstores at all of its campuses - Athens (Main Campus), Palestine, Terrell, and Kaufman Health Science Center .

All prescribed textbooks are available. Clothing and other imprinted products displaying the TVCC College crest and name, as well as giftware, personal items, and office supplies are also in stock.
