There are three requirements for TVCC VPN:

You must have a high speed (256k minimum) connection. This might be in the form of DSL, cable modem, or a wireless. Dial-up connectivity does not offer the speed required for VPN access.
- You must install the TVCC VPN software client on your personal computer or laptop.
- You must have a valid TVCC Cardinal User ID.
